Costume National 2016的時裝設計將時空背景拉到1990年代，想像慾望城市裡的女主角們在周五夜晚徹夜狂歡，穿梭在燈紅酒綠的繁榮都市，這些女性充滿自信、又獨立，她們在夜店舞廳縱情跳舞，尋找一晚浪漫邂逅。

Channelling a touch of the 1990s, this collection was inspired to portray a confident, strong woman who is looking for romance after dancing the night away. With this idea in mind, James Pecis created a perfectly dishevelled up-do that features loose strands of hair falling gently in the model’s faces to invoke a sense of mystery and playfulness.

＊於兩側耳朵進行橫向分區。

＊均勻噴灑髮根支撐噴霧於髪中至髪尾，創造輕微濕感。

＊於頭頂處塗抹少量柔馭重建精華。

＊於頭頂前側分區中間綁一束馬尾，固定前可輕微扭轉，瀏海處髮絲自然垂落。

＊在後部分區同樣以扭轉方式固定另一馬尾於頸部曲。

＊均勻噴灑優油打光定型噴霧於瀏海處，創造服貼凌亂的效果。
